Terms & Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Rahasia Nyaman and You.



“We” or “Us” means the Rahasia Nyaman, Institute of Healing Arts.
“You” means the applicant or prospective applicant or student.
“Course” means defined period of time on a single or multiple MasterClass(es), Workshop(s) as described on the Rahasia Nyaman website.


Booking Enquiries maybe made by e-mail, WhatsApp or Messenger, or using the Inquiry forms on the MasterClasses, Workshops pages.


Upon receipt of you original booking enquiry, further details and instructions will be forwarded to you.

Each Course enrolment inquiry will receive a pre-booking confirmation via e-mail, as soon as the training dates are agreed between You and Us, outlining payment conditions and procedure and including a registration form that you will kindly return to us when completed.


Payment in full or a 30% deposit is required to reserve your place in a Course (not available on online courses).
Bookings are not fully confirmed until a deposit or full payment has been received.
Deposit is non-refundable.

If you choose to pay a deposit following the Pre-Booking Confirmation,

  • your final payment, to retain your place into the Course, is due 2 weeks (14 days) minimum prior to the course commencing,

  • or in cash, on the starting date at the latest and upon express acceptance in writing from Us.

If you decide to enrol the Course within the 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the starting date, full payment is required.

Payments (Deposit, Balance, in Full) can be made online (a password is sent to you in the Pre-Booking Confirmation), via bank transfer, PayPal or TransferWise.

If You decide to register a Course while You are in Ubud, full payment is also accepted in cash.

If for whatever reason payment is not received on commencing date, attendance at the course will not be permitted.


Cancellations must be received in writing to: contact@rahasianyaman.com

If You do not attend a Course and have not previously informed Us, the deposit is retained and the full Course fee remains payable.

The following cancellations terms apply:

  • First payment date - 14 days notice : The 30% deposit is retained

  • 0 - 13 days notice: All fees payable will be retained or remain payable.

  • Non-attendance: All fee will be retained.

  • If you enrolled within the 2 (two) weeks priorate the course, all fees retained.

Payment of your enrolment fee acknowledge that you have agreed to the above terms.


To conform with Rahasia Nyaman requirement for Certificate of Excellence, attendance to all sessions is mandatory.

If You arrive late for a Course, or are absent from any Course, We reserve the right to refuse to accept You for training if We feel You will gain insufficient knowledge or skill in the time remaining.

Failure to pay the balance, latest on starting date, access will be terminated immediately.

Once enrolled into any Course, there is no refund as you will have immediate access to our Intellectual property to start the training.

Please note: We are very understanding that unforeseen situations occur in life. Therefore please contact Natali on WhatsApp +62 812 3705 8133, should a situation arise and you need to either cancel or transfer.


The cost of each Course includes all the necessary material for the Course.
Rahasia Nyaman's documents may only be used by the person attending the Course for personal use.
